I recently received a job promotion which involved relocating from Cleveland, Ohio to the Philadelphia area. With no knowledge of the area and 90 days to find a home my wife and I were in a bit of a panic. That's when we met Dave Alexander. Dave is incredibly helpful. I came in from out of town to buy, and he was very well informed not just about the Philadelphia area, but also about many aspects of home construction, infrastructure, and renovation. He was terrific with home inspection details; someone you can really trust when you can't be there yourself.
Plus he is the consummate professional: always available, providing lots of extra information about both properties and neighborhoods, GREAT advice when it was time to make an offer, and eager to dig up new information when a new question emerges.

I cannot thank you enough for the great help during the process of renting a townhouse for my daughter. The process was complicated, because it was done at long distance. Looking for a new home can be very difficult and stressful. Dave Alexander made searching for a new home easier and less stressful. Using the latest technology available, including sending the MLS listings via email, he allowed us to preview homes and narrow our search selection.
